The buyer finds an account they like and places an order to buy it.
Payment is made through PayMongo using GCash, Maya, or card — GOM's trusted payment partner.
GOM keeps the payment safely on hold. The seller doesn't receive it yet — it stays protected until the deal is done.
The seller is notified that payment was received, then delivers the account credentials through GOM's encrypted delivery system — locked until the buyer (or a GOM admin, if needed) reveals them.

The buyer logs in and makes sure everything matches the listing — rank, details, everything.
If everything checks out, the buyer confirms the purchase. If something's wrong, they can report a problem instead.
If a problem is reported, GOM checks the evidence from both sides before making a decision.
If the buyer doesn't confirm or report a problem in time, the order automatically moves forward.
Once the order is complete, the seller's earnings show as Pending GOM Payout while funds settle.
GOM personally sends the seller's payout and notifies them the moment it's been sent.

Yes. All listings go through admin verification before going live, and every purchase is protected by GOM Guardian escrow. See the full step-by-step breakdown in the GOM Guardian section above. All boosters and coaches must provide proof of rank and win rate before being approved.
When you buy an account, your payment is held securely by GOM — the seller doesn't receive it right away. The seller delivers the account credentials, you check that everything matches the listing, and then you confirm the purchase to release payment. If you don't confirm or report a problem within the confirmation window, the order completes automatically. See the full breakdown in the GOM Guardian section above.
If the account doesn't match the listing, you can report a problem instead of confirming, as long as it's within the confirmation window. GOM reviews the evidence and chat history from both sides before deciding whether to release payment to the seller or refund the buyer. Once an order is confirmed, it can no longer be disputed.

There are no upfront listing fees — it only costs you anything once your account actually sells. GOM takes a small commission from the sale price, on a sliding scale so bigger sales cost you a lower percentage:

No. Listing an account on GOM is completely free. You only pay a commission once your account actually sells — see the question above for the current fee tiers.
Once the buyer confirms the purchase (or the confirmation window closes automatically), your payout is marked as processing and GOM sends it within 1–3 business days. If the order is disputed, your payout is held until GOM resolves it.
Yes. You can update your listing's details anytime from your Profile page, and remove a listing that hasn't sold yet.
Every listing requires at least 3 screenshots (up to 15) proving the account's rank, skins, and contents, plus separate proof that you actually own the account. This protects buyers from fraudulent or misdescribed listings.
ID verification is optional, not required to list an account. Verified sellers get an ID Verified badge that builds buyer trust; if you skip it, buyers simply see a transparency notice on your listings instead. Either way, every purchase is still protected by GOM Guardian escrow.
Click "View Details" on any listing and you'll see a chat bubble button. Click it to open a live chat with the seller to ask questions before buying.
After purchasing an account, you can leave a review from your Profile page under "My Purchases." Reviews are sorted by highest rating so the best accounts are always visible first.
Mystery boxes contain real gaming accounts that were personally sourced and verified by our admin team. Higher tiers (Gold, Legendary) guarantee higher rank accounts. The value always meets or exceeds the box price.
